Please allow 4–6 business days for shipping. Personalized items are made to order after you approve your proof. Ordering for a holiday or birthday? Order early so it arrives in time!

Yes! Shipping is free on orders over $50. Most other orders ship at a flat rate, shown at checkout.

Yes! Choose free local pickup at checkout and pick up at our shop: 9202 Broadway Ave, Brookfield, IL (Friday 11–5, Saturday 10–5, Sunday 11–4). We'll email you when it's ready.

Cossitt Avenue School orders are delivered to the school, so there's no shipping to pay.

Type the name or title you'd like in the personalization box before adding to cart. I'll email you a proof before printing. For more than one name or a longer message, message me before you order.

Add each one to your cart separately with its own name. If they're all the same, one entry is fine.

Soft recycled polyester that feels like cotton. Our designs are printed into the fabric (no vinyl!), so they won't peel or crack.

Machine wash with similar colors and tumble dry low. Tumblers are hand-wash only and shouldn't go in the microwave.

Our apparel comes in baby, toddler, youth and adult sizes. Check each product's size options, and message us if you're between sizes.

Unused items in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Personalized items are made just for you and can't be returned. See our full refund policy.
